Payment conditions

• deposit: 25% is required within 7 days after reservation
• remaining balance: no later than 14 days before the beginning of the stay

Your reservation is confirmed when your deposit has been paid.

Cancellations

• ≥ 2 weeks prior to arrival: 25% of the total amount is due
• < 2 weeks prior to arrival: total amount is due
• no refund possible when leaving before departure date

Arrival and departure

• arrival: as from 14 hrs
• departure: before 11 hrs

Do you want to check in after opening hours? No problem, but give us a call before you leave.

Happy Trip

Do you like to travel relaxed, sustainable and inexpensive? Then come by train and travel for €14 return from any Belgian station. If you book via the Happy Trip website, you will automatically receive the discount codes. If you have booked directly with us, we can provide you with the discount codes to order your train tickets.
